I ordered "The Intuitive Warrior" as soon as I saw it (probably Feb. 19.) It came Tuesday and I'm about halfway through. I write romance novels featuring SEAL heroes. For research, I've read lots of books by and about SEALs. Putting together what I already knew about spiritual disciplines, and what I learned about SEAL training, I was pretty sure that some SEALs would spontaneously develop what Michael calls "intuition." Its high survival value would make a SEAL more likely to recognize it, and less likely to suppress it. I was so sure it happened--whether it was ever talked about or not--that my work-in-progress features a SEAL who is opening his awareness. What I didn't know was where I could go to gather some specifics about SEAL's psychic experiences. On Feb 19, I was stymied. I needed answers and had no idea who to ask. And then, voila!
