Killing your own Comrades
Recently an Army Major Nidal Malik Hasan shot and killed 13 fellow soldiers and wounded 31 others.
My prayers and thoughts of unconditional love and support are with the families of those that lost loved ones and with ALL those that are recovering from their injuries or have been touched by this tragic event.
What would drive someone to horribly betray the trust of his fellow officers, enlisted soldiers and civilians, his chosen country which he has sworn to defend and the Islamic religion which is his chosen faith?

I believe that unfortunately there were failures at many levels. I’m not going to outline the reasons this tragedy occurred, and there were many. What I’m going to focus on is how we as a collective can find our way to a place where this will be a thing of the past.
When we look at the root cause of most conflict we can trace it to separation. We don’t wish to kill others if we feel a connection or love for others. If we feel a kinship for others we will not betray them.
What creates this separation? Often it is egoic in nature. The love of self to the exclusion of others is often a root cause of separation. We must learn to love ourselves correctly before we can give love but to want to only love or serve yourself is often a failure of developing to your highest potential.
This service to self is fed by many different aspects of our failing governments, economic systems, religions and educational systems. While there are exceptions they are few and far between. I will allow that there is a movement to change this pattern of failing systems. Unfortunately though many of these systems will need to be allowed to fail before a meaningful change can occur. The length of time that these controlling systems have been in place, the power and manipulative control that they exhert on many different levels and the number of people that blindly follow these systems assures that they will continue for a short period of time longer. They will all either adapt with the growing momentum of change that is coming or they will be overwhelmed and crumble by their own corruption.
Separation creates fear which is the opposite of love. Love conquers fear or replaces it’s negatively attractive patten with one of a stronger vibration. Interestingly fear not or it’s equivalent word mix is used quite often in biblical texts:

I John 4:18
God’s love for us removes all fear. We can resolve our fears by focusing on His immeasurable love for us. “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear; because fear has torment. He that fears is not made perfect in love.”
John 15:1-10 Tells of God’s great love for all. Vs 9 Jesus says: “As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you: continue in my love.”
Buddhism also has many quotes on overcoming the fear state:
“The whole secret of existence is to have no fear”. Buddha
| “I believe that the very purpose of life is to be happy. From the very core of our being, we desire contentment. In my own limited experience I have found that the more we care for the happiness of others, the greater is our own sense of well-being. Cultivating a close, warmhearted feeling for others automatically puts the mind at ease. It helps remove whatever fears or insecurities we may have and gives us the strength to cope with any obstacles we encounter. It is the principal source of success in life. Since we are not solely material creatures, it is a mistake to place all our hopes for happiness on external development alone. The key is to develop inner peace.” | |

Holy Quran quotes: Whoever kills another one without justifiable cause, surely he is killing all of humanity. And whoever saves the life of another one, surely he saves the lives of all of humanity. [Sura Al Ma'aidah: Ayah 32] So we have many sacred teachings and wise prophets ancient and modern that have consistently been trying to lead us all to the path of having no fear, unconditional love and a oneness with others. We have to learn to recognize who and where the separation is happening and who is promoting it and why. The evidence is obvious for those who seek. Those who continue to blindly follow and refuse to seek the truth will continue to be caught up in the tragedies. Where does my passion for intuition play into any of this? It is the answer in my opinion to this problem of separation. Intuitive beings are connected to their higher self which in turn is directly connected to Unconditional Love or all that IS. All that IS has no separation. Intuitive persons, society, government/military, educational systems, religious systems that were intuitive would have recognized Major Hasan as being separate and would have created a possibility for him to also become intuitive or connected to all that IS. All of these systems failed him and the people that he impacted on that fateful day when out of separation he decided to strike out at those that he should have felt a compassion and love for. Ironically Major Hasan was trained in psychotherapy. |
Michael Jaco served as a Navy SEAL for twenty-four years before becoming an independent security contractor. During his service he achieved what many others previously thought to be impossible or unattainable. He retired in December 2002 as a Navy "Chief" and started his own training organization which educates participants in tactical awareness skills. Born in Columbia, South Carolina, he now lives in Elgin with his wife and children.
In 2004 to 2006, I was fortunate enough to have received extensive training with Mike Jaco. He shared many stories with us from his combat experience and the intuitive edge that the warrior gains when he hones his perception beyond the physical.
I can personally attest that Mike trained us from day 1 to 14 and by the end, we were perceiving and eliminating threats based almost exclusively on intuitive perception. Absolutely effective in either diffusing or annihilating threats.
Mike not only teaches and lives these techniques but he lives and teaches a lifestyle based on love for humanity and a desire to better our local and global communities. I consider him a friend and a mentor.
Doug it’s good to see you are still out there doing your part to better our local and global communities as well. You and your beautiful family are thought of often and as always blessings and prayers are sent your way. Thanks for all the nice things you had to say about Michael he is a very gentle and caring being who truly does live what he teaches. I too consider him my friend and mentor. And for those who wish to know more about him I invite you all to read his beautifully written book The Intuitive Warrior, you won’t be disappointed. But you may be touched deeply at a level within your being that knows the true power of the word LOVE.

All happenings are choices of divine power, and refraining from labeling them good or bad is wisdom.
It does not matter, it is all part of a greater scheme of illusion. Our life here is about learning the truth : ‘it is all illusion’ ! Only inner harmony will reflect peace on the outside.
There is no war that can be solved outside of yourself, you can only solve it inside…. There is nothing out there, everything is in here (in the heart).
True love is about working on your own inner war, it will then be reflected on the outside. Trying to solve things outside is not trusting your inner divine, and ultimately useless, because you cannot try to fix a dream-illusion….
